date of publication > 30-July-2014

A recent report by the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation, hosting part of EUREKA’s activities in Denmark analyses for the first time the combined impact of the different element of the country’s instrument for innovation support, in between others :grants, subsidies, innovation vouchers.

Both national and European programmes, including Eurostars, were put under scrutiny. Firms taking part in those programmes grew 2.5% faster annually for the first two years after participation, compared to nonparticipating firms.

The research was carried out by Centre for Economic and Business Research (CEBR) at Copenhagen business school.
