Development of a multi-colour-process for traceability and decoration on glass, metal and ceramics by a laser sintering process. This process will be based on ink jet, gluing and laser sintering technologies.

CERLASE aims to develop a new colour process for permanent traceability or decoration on glass, metal and ceramic substrates based on a laser sintering process. This new process could be a single colour or multi-colour process, and should meet the market requirements of fast and flexible marking or decoration of products. This process will be based on the following technologies: - Ink jet application (piezoelectric process and software) - Dry mineral powder application by nozzle (powder application and cleaning) - Laser sintering technology (laser and software).
