EUREKA project presented at TEDx Conference
date of publication > 06-July-2012The EUREKA BLUETECH project was presented on the 25th of June at the TEDxBinnenhof, an independently organised TED event featuring ten inspiring talks on ground-breaking ideas from the Netherlands that can help solve some of society's problems.
One of the talks was given by Allard van Hoeken, Manager New Energy at Bluewater Energy Services, the leading participant of the EUREKA BLUETECH project. Van Hoeken explained to the assistance the potential of tidal waves as a reliable source of energy that can be tapped thanks to the floating sructures developed by his company and two Italian partners during the project.
