Clean Manufacturing and Mechatronics: Cooperation Forum - Bilateral meetings

The Austrian Research Promotion Agency and the Austrian research company PROFACTOR GmbH together with Voest Alpine A.G. are organising a Matchmaking Event under the honorary Chairmanship of the Upper Austrian Government, at the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the EUREKA Initiative.

This International R&D Project generation event will target a wide spectrum of companies, universities and research institutes from Europe interested in sharing new project ideas and finding collaboration partners and will be focused on the following challenges:

Main topics
• Clean and intelligent manufacturing challenges in production plants
• Adaptive production technologies and applications
• New developments in mechatronics

Why to participate
• To get the latest information about new challenges and new developments in these fields
• To present, discuss and develop new project ideas, from research to business at international level
• To initiate cross-border contacts
• To facilitate the setup of international project consortia

After a short plenary session describing briefly the different possibilities of R&D cooperation in Europe about these topics, presenting also a few success stories, you will be invited to present your cooperative project ideas, describing the vision, the purpose, the objectives and the needs as well as the expected results of those projects, within 3 dedicated workshops.

After that, the organisers will provide you space and time for discussion with the other participants in the technological workshops. A brief general conclusion will close this day, preparing the follow-up activities.
