FUNDING SCHEME

Funding in Denmark

Innovation Denmark offers many industrially-oriented R&D opportunities to Danish companies and research organisations wishing to participate in international projects. Project evaluation is generally conducted at national level, but can in some of the programmes include foreign partners as well. In the Innovation Consortia Programme and in the Industrial PhD programme, foreign universities or research organisations can be funded by DASTI if the Danish applicant has included them as project partners. For a project to receive the EUREKA label, it must have national approval and also be endorsed by the EUREKA organisation. Innovation Denmark includes many programmes, two of which are of specific interest for EUREKA applications - Pre-project funding for EUREKA and Eurostars
- Innovation Consortia Programme The Danish Council for Innovation and Technology also funds Eurostars projects.
