Funding applications from industrial enterprises may be submitted to Enterprise Ireland, the national funding agency. The cut-off time/date is 5.00 p.m. on the last working day of each month.

Funding contactEnterprise Ireland Mr. Terence O'Donnell | General procedureGrants from the Entreprise-Ireland R&D fund are open to eligible companies wishing to take part in EUREKA Individual Projects, Cluster Projects and . The average processing time for applications is two months. In exceptional cases, where the involvement of an Irish third level research-performing organisation working alongside an Irish industry partner is considered essential, some level of funding may be made available.
In the case of early stage and start-up companies equity funding may sometimes be used.
