Eurostars

Eurostars has seven eligibility criteria. This document provides applicants with an explanation of each eligibility criteria.

Eligibility is checked within one week of submission and may be reassessed later in the event of additional information coming to light (e.g. as part of the Legal and Financial Viability Check). An eligible application could be removed from the evaluation process at a later stage if it is no longer eligible. Your application must comply with all seven of the eligibility criteria from when you submit until you sign your Consortium Agreement.
