Czech Republic currently has no allocated budget for organisations participating in our EU Partnership on Innovative SMEs / Eurostars  programme in the next deadline (15 September 2022). If you are a Czech organisation wanting to participate in a EU Partnership on Innovative SMEs / Eurostars consortium, contact your national funding body to see whether there are other funding opportunities available or talk to them about self-funding.

For future EU Partnership on Innovative SMEs / Eurostars calls for projects, Czech funding body, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS), funds R&D costs for SMEs participating in our EU Partnership on Innovative SMEs / Eurostars programme.

MEYS covers up to 50% of project costs per year in grants for SMEs. There is a 10% bonus for Czech SMEs who are leading their project.

The maximum funding amount is a grant of 160,000 euro per project per year.

For future Eurostars calls for projects, Czech funding body, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS), funds R&D costs for large companies participating in our EU Partnership on Innovative SMEs / Eurostars programme.

MEYS covers up to 50% of project costs per year in grants for large companies.

The maximum funding amount is a grant of 160,000 euro per project per year.

For future Eurostars calls for projects, Czech funding body, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS), funds R&D costs for universities and research organisations participating in our EU Partnership on Innovative SMEs / Eurostars programme.

MEYS covers up to 50% of project costs per year in grants for universities and research organisations.

The maximum funding amount is a grant of 160,000 euro per project per year.

It is strongly recommended that Czech universities and research organisations have a Czech SME or large company in their consortium.
