Israel currently has no allocated budget for organisations participating in our EU Partnership on Innovative SMEs / Eurostars programme in the next call for projects (deadline September 2022). If you are an Israeli organisation wanting to participate in a EU Partnership on Innovative SMEs / Eurostars consortium, contact the Israel Innovation Authority (IIA) to see whether there are other funding opportunities available or talk to them about self-funding.

Israeli funding body, Israel Innovation Authority (IIA). funds R&D costs for SMEs participating in our EU Partnership on Innovative SMEs / Eurostars programme.  

As an Israeli SME, you could receive a loan covering 20-50% of your project costs.  

Your loan will be repaid gradually over several years as a percentage of your annual revenue. If your project produces no revenue, there will be no need to repay the loan.

As an Israeli large company, you could receive a loan covering 20-50% of your project costs.

Israeli universities and research organisations must be subcontracted (including TTOs) by an Israeli company in their consortium.
