Eureka funding description:

The Ministry for Education, University and Research (MIUR) is the funding body for Eurostars projects, which are funded in accordance to the Ministerial Decree n. 593 of 26/07/2016.

At present, there are no funding instruments dedicated to EUREKA projects in Italy. Potential participants should look for alternative sources of funding, including self-funding.

Restrictions

There is a range of criteria that must be met by applicants. These criteria relate to the types of organisations, their financial status and other relevant aspects. Details of the criteria can be found on the website or by getting in touch with the funding contact listed above.

Any Italian participation must submit to MIUR a national funding application by the same Eurostars Cut-off date. Any participant who does not submit its national application before the deadline is considered ineligible for funding.

The National EUREKA office belongs to MIUR (Ministry of Education, University and Research) which appoints the National Project Coordinator and the High Level Representative.
