Eurostars funding information for Lithuania

Lithuania currently has no allocated budget for organisations participating in the next Eurostars call for projects (deadline September 2023). If you are a Lithuanian organisation wanting to participate in a Eurostars consortium, contact your national funding body to see whether there are other funding opportunities available or talk to them about self-funding.

Eurostars is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs. The partnership is co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe.

Lithuanian funding body, Research Council of Lithuania, funds R&D costs for SMEs participating in our Eurostars programme.  

Research Council of Lithuania covers up to 75% of applied research project costs in grants OR up to 50% of pre-competitive development project costs in grants for SMEs.  

The maximum funding amount is a grant of 300,000 euro per project.

Research Council of Lithuania covers up to 50% of applied research project costs in grants OR up to 25% of pre-competitive development project costs in grants for large companies. 

The maximum funding amount is a grant of 300,000 euro per project.

Research Council of Lithuania covers up to 100% of project costs in grants if there is a Lithuanian SME in your consortium. There must be a Lithuanian company in your consortium to be eligible to receive funding. 

The maximum funding amount is a grant of 300,000 euro per project.
