Eurostars funding information for Norway

Norway currently has no allocated budget for organisations participating in the next Eurostars call for projects (deadline spring 2023). If you are a Norwegian organisation wanting to participate in a Eurostars consortium, contact your national funding body to see whether there are other funding opportunities available or talk to them about self-funding.

Eurostars is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs. The partnership is co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe.

Norwegian funding body, the Research Council of Norway (RCN), funds R&D costs for SMEs participating in our Eurostars programme.  

The Research Council of Norway covers up to 50% of project costs in grants for SMEs and cannot exceed 50% of approved reported project costs (experimental development or industrial research).

The maximum funding amount is a grant of 6 million Norwegian krone per project. 

Eurostars is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs. The partnership is co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe.

Norwegian funding body, the Research Council of Norway (RCN), funds R&D costs for large companies participating in our Eurostars programme.  

The Research Council's funding cannot exceed 30 per cent of approved reported project costs.

The maximum funding amount is a grant of 6 million Norwegian krone per project.
