Homogeneous economic-environmental monitoring methodlogy for the study of complementarities and similarities between alternative processes (bio-methanisation and composting) by means of physical-chemical and agronomic full-scale analyses.

The project will study membrane nanofiltration designed to remove boron and other pollutants from ceramic wastewaters. These polluting agents prevent wastewater reuse and make wastewater handling difficult.

All the countries with operative nuclear plants regulate re-racking of spent fuel pools. At present this re-racking is made through high cost operations for racks manufacturing and in-situ re-racking, with high personnel costs. This project is focused to develop a more competitive re-racking system.
