Using guidelines of industry 4.0. And new technologies integrated system for management of manufacturing will be developed and tested. System will connect different component of manufacturing process and using intelligent algorithms provide optimal management of manufacturing process.
Within the project we will introduce functional product (protective clothing) with cooling capabilities. Solution will integrate thermoregulative function and monitoring of users vital life functions into one protective smart garment system that is pre-designed to be used by specific target groups.
We have set a project that aims to develop state of the art ai controlled machine for shot peening. Main innovation is feature that uses sensory and thermal imaging readings, ai algorithms and learnings to predict remaining life of heavily worn parts and prevents failures by guiding intervention.
Ims 4.0 will be a modular shredder that will allow quick shifting of the grinding head in accordance with the requirements of the input materials. Part of the ims 4.0 will also be a program module with advanced mathematical optimization algorithms that will optimally enable the adjustment of ims 4.0
Our objective is to develop nubes light + acoustic innovative system, a modular, flexible, "plug&play" prefabricated solution for indoor application. The emphasis is on human needs first (bio-active light, glare free illumination & user-orientated acoustic environment).
