We will develop technology for eggshell processing and technology for simultaneous egg enrichment with omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin a, d, e, k and b, and minerals iodine, zinc and selenium. Our goal is production of eggs with functional food properties for better nutrition in the general population.

Oligolac is a project aim to revalorization of renewable substrate of dairy industry such as whey transforming it into bioproducts that may be used in zootechny field as feed additives with immune modulatory and prebiotic effect. The project will diversify protein and mineral sources in animals diet

Antioxidants are necessary component of feed mixtures enriched in polyunsaturated fatty acids. These nutrients are very important for both human and animal nutrition. The project will develop new natural antioxidants products for layer nutrition from wine processing by products.
