Development of Series Production Technology of Faceted Cutting Inserts based on Ceramic Nano-Composites using FAST/SPS method
The aim is to focus on and study contamination control mechanisms and technologies of fibrous engineered textile products and to develop new types of fibrous products, active finishings, their processing and new business service activities.
Develop a kiosk accessible to the general public to automate and speed up hotel tasks related to customers, such as check-in, check-out, immediate bill payment, check-in of passenger boarding cards for flights and other tourist services and facilities.
As a result of the project, special technology for ceramic balls for special-purpose bearings and technology for plasmochemical synthesis of ceramic nanopowders will be developed. This will ensure a broader application field for ceramic balls and provide significant technical impact.
In this project the applicability of a new generation of heat resistance eutectic alloy based on the ternary al-me-si system for manufacturing automobile parts will be studied. The properties, resistance to fatigue, corrosion and wear will be performed, including final certification.
New technology will be developed for stainless steel concrete anchors production by thermomechanical processing of low ni and ni-free steel grades to reach the best balance between the anchor cost and its performance (1200-1500 mpa tensile strength, 10-12% elongation, high corrosion resistance)
