To develop a lightweight air turbine engine which applies an innovative method for thrust generation therefore consumes significantly less energy while at the same time has a lightweight feature due to its special design of composite materials.

To develop technologies enhancing the lifetime of forming and forging dies by means of hard layers deposited and sintered by laser beam. Design concepts of hot working dies will be optimised in order to lower the tooling costs and optimize the material exploitation.

The technology refers to integrated recycling of domestic and industrial waste textiles and thermoplastic waste towards innovative pellets. Such tailored semifabricates can be further submitted to different thermoplastic technologies for multisectorial applications.
