30% of the global production of viscose fibres is used in blends with polyester. In this project, special viscose fibres, which are more environment-friendly and intended for use in blends, will be developed to replace the standard viscose fibre.
Through r & d into new solutions, there will be optimisation of the manufacturing of polypropylene texture threads, starting with a poy (partial oriented yarn) thread, thus providing a new thread with great features.
The purpose of the project is to investigate the surface properties of two selected textile fabrics with incorporated microcapsules using the new approach of streaming potential measurement. The knowledge of these surface properties will improve the process of micro-encapsulation.
This project would deal with knitted fabrics, produced from cotton or wool blended with fr fibres in various ratio. The target is the production of eco-innovative fr knitwear (garments) that can be competitive on the eu and overseas markets.
