How to complete a Eurostars application

These guidelines explain to an applicant how to complete the Eurostars online application form and prepare all the required annexes. They outline the full structure of the form, annexes, and best practices to follow when completing a Eurostars application. Applications must be completed collaboratively on the Eureka Project Management Platform (EPMP), in English, and cannot be modified after submission.  

Before applying, all partners must contact their National Project Coordinator to check the national funding rules, eligible costs, and required documents, as funding rules vary by country or region. Applicants must also obtain a PIC number through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal. Without a PIC number, registration and submission are impossible.
