The Workplan Template provides the mandatory structure that applicants must use to describe the six‑month market feasibility project, serving as the primary basis for evaluating feasibility, planning, and budget justification. It instructs SMEs to organise the project into Work Packages (WPs) and tasks in a 26‑week Gantt chart, align activities with the eligible list, use correct wording, flag any non-fundable tasks, and define objectives, tasks, deliverables, milestones and risks. Adherence to the template is essential, as incorrect or incomplete workplans lead to ineligibility.
