Vibrating mechanism with rational use of energy based on an alternating liquid flow

Research and manufacture of vibrating mechanism with rational use of energy based on an alternating liquid flow with varying frequency and amplitude for building industry, material handling and pressure energy transmission between two energy carriers.

The project is focused on the development of a vibrating mechanism with rational use of energy based on an alternating liquid flow used during testing, for material handling, in the classification and vibration technique. This will enable the output frequency and amplitude to be set close to the characteristics of the moving system. The vibration mechanism operating in the system resonance frequency range substantially reduces the power consumption necessary for the technology system operation. The reduction in power consumption will be further achieved using the hydraulic motor movement due to the alternating liquid flow, without the necessity to reduce the movement velocity using the throttle control items. The elimination of throttle control items eliminates the pressure energy transmission into the thermal energy and so substantially increases the energy transmission efficiency.
