Ecological servo-drive for extreme climatic conditions

Development of an electro-hydraulic and pneumatic ecological servo-drive, manufacture of prototypes and experimental testing for use in extreme climatic conditions.

Development of industrially applied electro-hydraulic and pneumatic ecological servo-drives of three types: - linear electro-hydraulic - linear pneumatic - electro-hydraulic with swinging motion. In the project, prototypes of ecological servo-drives will be designed and developed in conformity with the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) according to norm EU - 96/61 EC. Laboratory testing of ecological servo-drives for standard use and for use in the explosive environment will be based on the norm EN 50014 for extreme climatic conditions. After testing, the results will be evaluated and the parameters optimised according to defined criteria and technical documentation on the product line of servo-drives for concrete industrial conditions. The project will be implemented in the following development phases: - functional analysis for the development of servo-drives - definition of basic parameters, - development of electro-hydraulic servo-drive and its control system, - development of pneumatic ecological servo-drive and its control system, - prototype design and testing methodology, - manufacturing and installation of prototypes in test room for industrial applications, - experimental tests of prototypes, evaluation of results and selection of optimal variant of final product, - technical documentation on product line, - testing of concrete servo-drive in practical use in operational conditions, - comparison of results in practical use and laboratory tests, - suggestion of changes to technical documentation, - correcting functional servo-drive.
