Development and processing of molecular-biological diagnostic kits for rapid and sensitive diagnosis of viruses and bacteria causing human and animal diseases.

Molecular-biological tests are one of the most progressive methods in medicine. In many cases it is the only available method for diagnosis of infection agents or genetic diseases due to its sensitivity and specificity. Rapid development of these methods and accessibility of the instrumentation create a demand for specific diagnostic kits that would complete the diagnostic spectrum for veterinary and human diagnostic laboratories. The tests available on the market are very often developed outside Europe and very often they do not respect the genetic variability of the particular organism that can diversify in particular regions, e.g. in Central Europe. Large laboratories solve this problem by developing their own assays. However these do not pass expensive evaluations. Very often they are not transferable to another laboratory due to their low robustness and insufficient reproducibility. These tests are not validated by any notified body and have no certification. DYNEX LABORATORIES is a diagnostic kit distributor and gets many requests for various diagnostic kits that are unavailable on the market. According to laboratory needs, we want to develop, produce and implement molecular-biological diagnostic kits for rapid and sensitive diagnosis of viruses and bacteria causing human and animal diseases. We want to concentrate our project on those with laborious and time-consuming diagnostics. An example of these is rapid diagnosis of sepsis, CSF (Cerebrospinal fluid) screening, bacterial antibiotics resistance, identification of nosocomial infections, and Lyme boreliosis agent diagnosis of humans and vector samples.
