Interactive software workshop for configuration/engineering of simulators of environment-hazardous industrial processes

This software engineering workshop will enable modular
development of simulators. The aim is to optimize simulator
development to promote their use and evolution which should
interest a wide number of users and ensure high reliability

This software engineering workshop will allow for the modular development and configuration of simulators. These modules, which are dedicated to specific tasks (instructor station, patterns, control and monitoring, animated mimic panels, control desk, etc.), may be developed separately from powerful configurators, with high graphic ergonomy and requiring no special computer programming skills. Their functionalities, which can be modulated as required, will easily overtake the existing standards in this field. The general configuration will be ensured by a central core, managing both the simulation database and project files and users. The aim is to optimise simulator development in order to promote their use and evolution, thanks to an attractive cost, increased software quality and extended configuration functionalities. The general nature of the design, which should interest an increasing number of users, will ensure a high level of reliability is obtained.
