Jasmin - job applicants selection administrator

Jasmin is a cloud based it solution for complete job application process designed for job seekers and human resources departments in smes. Jasmin offers simple and user-friendly interface to connect job seekers with companies searching for new employees.

The main objective for Jasmin solution is to raise transparency and to improve selection process for SME human resource departments and job applicants. With cloud based solution Jasmin human resources departments will have total control over the selection process for new job openings in their company. Jasmin will provide various, simple to use tools for testing, analysing and selecting future new employees. HR departments of SME will be able to design a job listing based on characteristics, knowledge and skills tests required for new employee and seamlessly embed it to the company website. Job applicants will have to fill the required tests and other personal information. Tests will have to be fulfiled only once and can be used for multiple job applications at once. HR departments will then recieve multiple applications from job applicants and will be able to review and filter applications. In the next step they will be able to select best candidates for the job based on their personal characteristics, preferences, skills and knowledge and invite them for job interview directly through Jasmin. Others, not suitable for the final interviews will recieve an email/notification of non selection. This will ensure bigger transparency and information to the job seekers. Jasmin will ensure better transparency and two - way communication between job applicants and HR departments. HR departments will be able to review more applications at once, automatically evaluate them based on job requirements -applicant's skills match and make better decisions, based on quality data resulting from extended predefined tests. Data driven and computer based solution will save time and money to SME and also job seekers, allowing to apply for multiple jobs at once for no cost. Development of HR solution Jasmin is divided into 5 phases, each phase containing smaller steps needed to successfully complete each phase: • Phase 1: Detailed R&D of system architecture • Phase 2: R&D of key advanced algorithms for Jasmin tools • Phase 3: R&D of advanced tests and testing tools for various fields for human resources selection process • Phase 4: R&D of Jasmin user interface and user experience • Phase 5: Final calibration and extended testing in collaboration with SME human resource departments Main role of Replika PRO will be provision of knowledge on job application process, from gathering applications and testing candidates to final data driven selection process. Replika PRO will prepare tests of several fields such as personal characteristics test, psychological tests, career orientation and knowledge tests. Replika PRO will conduct extensive research with the aim of developing the most suitable questionnaires for aforementioned fields. Replika PRO will also design the whole process of candidates data gathering, design an alghoritm for filtering and the overall architetural structure of Jasmin. Replika PRO will provide extensive HR knowledge for the embedded functionalities for job seekers and also HR departmens. Our partner Ein Sof, technology leader within its area of expertise, will provide advanced programming knowledge and design for the development of Jasmin. Partner will also provide the necessary computer infrastructure for normal daily functioning of Jasmin. Partner will develop Jasmin from technical point of view and also provide technical support for everyday infrastructure maintainance.
